Time to reflect...

~~"Reading without reflecting is like eating without digesting."~~Edmund Burke

Sometimes, you just get in a funkadee funk!...Right? Okay. Maybe it's just me - I don't know. Lately, I have just been needing to regroup, to get myself together, to get things in order in my home (that includes my children).
My virtual friend Lee is so good about sharing interesting blogs and websites with me. Recently, it's been exactly what I need.
So, you will be seeing more posts in the future that may be more for me than for you. =] Things that I may need to work through. You are welcome to join me in this journey.

I'm sure if you post something "just for you", we'll still get an enormous lift from it.
Take your time reflecting - it's good for the soul.

I myself will just be packing chocolate. If you're lucky I'll bring deodorant and a toothbrush, but I can't guarantee I'll remember much beyond the chocolate.

Have you ever been asked why you blog? I answered that question a few times and recently I've noticed that I don't have one answer. Some days I blog because I feel like there's someone out there who might need to know something about me. Some days I feel like God can use me to encourage someone who might wander by. Other days I just sit down because I need an ear to babble on to...
... then some days I realize that I need to blog for me, that I'M the one who needs to know something and somewhere along the way God will use my own thoughts and writing to show it to me. My advice to you is to use your blog to its full capability and let it help you work through those things. You may teach us some things along the way too.

So yes, I'm jumping on the bus with you.
